Privacy policy

The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, inquiry type, and message, plus your phone number if you choose to give it. That is everything. This site has no accounts, no shopping cart, and no payment processing, so it never asks for a password, a card number, or any government identification.

Identification is checked in person at pickup, as federal law requires. Those records are ATF paperwork kept offline — they are not part of this website and are never collected through it.

Submitting the form sends its contents to us as an email, delivered by Resend, an email service provider acting on our behalf. The message arrives in the business inbox for info@sacreddutydefense.com and is used for one thing: answering you. We keep inquiries as ordinary business correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we do not share what you send with advertisers or data brokers. This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing scripts.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, we will say so here and use a measurement tool that reports aggregate totals only, without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Email us at info@sacreddutydefense.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your inquiry deleted. We will do it, unless a specific record has to be kept to meet a legal obligation.

This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
