The process
How a transfer works
-
Reach out
Use the form below (or email) with what you're buying and where from.
-
We handle the paperwork
We coordinate directly with the seller or their dealer — FFLs are exchanged dealer-to-dealer. Your firearm ships to us.
-
We tell you when it's ready
We'll reach out once your item is received and logged. A carrier delivery notification doesn't mean it's ready for pickup.
-
Pick up by appointment
Come by, complete the Form 4473 and NICS background check, and take it home.
Questions
$99 per firearm, due at pickup. NFA transfers are $200, and the federal tax stamp for suppressors and SBRs is $0 — that $200 tax was eliminated on January 1, 2026. Fingerprinting on site is $50. 10% off for Texas LTC holders, law enforcement, and military.
Each firearm is its own transfer, so several arriving together are billed individually. We hold a received firearm free for 30 days; after that, storage is $10 per day.
Yes. Send us the seller’s info; we exchange license copies dealer-to-dealer and confirm with you once it’s arranged.
We’re an appointment-based dealer in Prosper. The exact address is shared when your appointment is confirmed, and you’ll always deal with the licensee directly.
A valid government ID showing your current physical address, and a passing NICS background check. Federal minimums are 21 for handguns and 18 for long guns. Texas LTC holders: bring your license — it may substitute for the NICS check.
Handguns can only be transferred to Texas residents. If you live out of state, we can still receive a long gun for you, or ship a handgun to an FFL near you — ask before you buy.
Not yet. Delivered means the carrier dropped it off. We’ll contact you once it’s received and logged, and then you book pickup.
Individual eForm 4s are currently running a few weeks to a few months. We’ll give you a realistic estimate when you file.
Both work. A trust lets others you name legally possess the item. We’ll walk through the trade-offs before you file.
Delays resolve on the ATF’s clock, not ours. On a denial, return shipping and any seller restocking fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
